i know there are some good mns outthere making good money, but i got stuck with this:
Whats so bad about that. It looks like you're almost making a dollar per day from it. Of course, that isn't great, but if you have lots of them you can be doing alright.
I have some microniche sites that rake in $20 per day, while others average around $2. However, when they're all put together, you can do pretty well.
i was expecting more from 1 click...at least 50 cent. i thought i did good kw research. but i guess the competition for adsense bidding is too low.
it seem like ur getting decent traffic but I think ur doing somthing wrong
Tweak the ads layout
Your CTR and CPC is that low because the advertiser competition is low for 3 of your keywords and is medium for only 1 of your keywords. just in case you did not know, a high advertiser competition is crucial for profitable keywords, as it indicates a lot of strong advertisers and you should not mismatch it with SEO Competition.
So just because Googles Keyword Tool displays a high CPC, does not garantue that your CPC is actually that high, because there are not enough advertiser = Low Advertiser Competition.
In my Opinion your Keyword Research was not that good.
My guess is the CPC is high but the competition is low. If there's barely any competition you're just going to get their minimum bid on the keyword
Ctr doesn't look too bad but the payout is tragic. Made the same mistake on a few mns sites myself, in future damn the opposition I'm going after the high cpc
Try using spyfu.com next time to check the keywords...Use Keyword Smartsearch. Seems to be more accurate than adwords tool, IMO.
Chalk it up to experience and move on to the next site. Power in numbers.
learn to scale up !
yes you guys are right! back when i did the kw research i didn't look at the competition for adsense bidding. i only looked at the exact match searches, cpc and of course how hard they are to rank. it all looked good.
Separate names with a comma.
