Hey, just a couple questions. I sold an MMO account, in May, which is roughly 7 months ago, to a friend, through Paypal, for a couple hundred bucks. We only knew eachother online, but after something that happened recently, he decided he'd be an asshole and issue a Paypal Dispute. Now I'm curious - after it's been 7 months, and it's Digital goods, can he issue a Dispute? or is he just being a tard and bluffing? I thought after 90 days Dispute's can't be issued? I'm the seller, he's the buyer. Is it possible for him to Dispute it after 7 months - 200+ days, after he received the account, and has been playing it? Neither of us can prove that he received the account, nor that he didn't, so it really just comes down to if he can issue a Dispute or not. Thanks for the help!
