Is it ok to have adsense and Cpa offers on the same page? Just want to make sure I'm following adsense TOS. Cheers

You can do almost whatever you want on your site. Just dont make your CPA offers look anything like the adsense blocks or you will get smacked in a manual review.

And since you have not read the TOS you may want to make sure the content on your site is original and not copyrighted, and you may want to be careful not to have any illegal content or link to bad neighborhoods and the like on your adsense site.

Also there are some very specific things you can't do with your ads as far as how many, and placement etc.

Basically, you should probably read not just the TOS, but also the policies, and terms as well.

There are things you could be doing right now that will get you banned / smacked / punched / panda boofed / etc.

There are a few people here with adsense ban stories.

If you are not sure, don't do it, err on the side of caution with adsense.

Depending on your traffic you can make much more with cpa though, and the networks don't really care whats on your site for the most part and they mostly have no idea where your traffic came from if you wipe it off.

I have a site in the torrent niche (not an actual torrent site, but in that niche) that I was afraid to put adsense on cause it was a gray area with torrents and all... not illegal, but still.... CAUTION with adsense.

So I used a CPA offer that pays like a buck fifty or so and I am making about five or six conversions a day which is OK with me. All without worrying about adsense reviews.

That turned into a f*&king novel didn't it?

Sure it is OK. Google allows that. But mixing them, I believe, is not a good option. causes distraction.

Exactly what he says. Adsense only for pure whitehat sites.

That should not be a problem according to their TOS. But the do ban accounts occasionally and the big problem is that people don't know why. Mr. G rarely gives you a reason.
