MisterF should be a Marketplace Moderator

I’d say we need more marketplace mods in general. I have no idea why but in the past 6 months new threads are taking waaaaay longer to get approved/picked up than before.

He is already i guess.
If not yeah he is good choice to have in market place mod list

I think Damien quarantined his staff lol

I think there needs to be a revamp of moderators generally too as I see @BassTrackerBoats, @MisterF and @davids355 doing most of the work from the non-admin staff, when some moderators rarely log on (one hasn't been seen for the last 6 months).

Thanks for your suggestion. Our marketplace has become incredibly busy over the last 6-12 months. While also working on 2.0 and keeping the current momentum moving forward with our amazing existing team. We've been hiring, restructuring and working on items behind the screens, ready for the release of BHW 2.0, this is the start of a big play for us, and we want to get it right.

With the increased demand, spreading the team out has undoubtedly resulted in some holes appearing in our structure. With great new additions to our BHW team, we're working hard to get the wait times down and releasing some of those who were working on 2.0 to help clear down the marketplace and reduce wait times.

I think it's important to remind all of the rules under which you agree to list on the current marketplace. Specifically:

FOR CLARITY - Where members, (I'm talking to you here @RealDaddy ) bump their threads in approval they get put to the bottom of the queue thus increasing the amount of time to approve their thread.

I appreciate the time to thread approval isn't perfect at the moment, but we have plans in action now to get them back under control in the next few weeks. Jumping mods into positions, they are unsuited to or untrained for, delivering a short-term gain isn't among them. Mods are selected for their specific skill sets and specialities. Historically where we have peaks in demand, they often come with drops off the other side. We are fortunate enough to continue to see sitewide demand for all our services and have reacted accordingly.

Essentially, please stick with us we're currently getting through the threads faster than they are submitted—some notes for those considering listing on the marketplace:
