I found one great keyword(2 words) with about 4.000 searches US.
The trademark is like: "gets big" and the misspelled is like "get big".

    Industry: general product sells.

The misspelled word sound like a girl name.
Original keyword has 7milion exact searches only from US.

So, my question: Is it ok to rank for such a keyword?

I am thinking to make it like a brand name, considering that it sounds like a girl name. Second word is a verb (like: get).

For monetization, as I can't use the trademark affiliate program.., Amazon and e-bay are the next best things.

    What do you think?

    Thanks

If it's trademarked you'll definitely get told to take it down.

That would be like one of us going to buy the domain g00gle (dot) com :D

They have to prove that your site is "passing off' on their repute, and or that your site is deliberately or will be seen to confuse buyers of their product.

Its not ethical - but you would get away with it.

At worst you will get a Cease and Desist letter.

Agreed, I have trademarks in several of my domains and no problem to date. On of them was for a crapple product and it once ranked high. If you fly too high you could get a C&D letter especially if they don't like your offer but that is literally the worse case scenario. Your real loss is the time and effort to build your rankings.
