misleading tags in yt does it work?

hiii
i think u understand what i mean here , if i funny video about dogs or cats , so i upload this video in yt with different file name and different tags , like file name for famous singers and tags for famous songs , do u think that works ?
so any body tried that before pleas ?

I have a popular list of 50+ keywords.. example: music, 2009, hd, hq, akon.
I put keywords for that video first. So it would be: dogs, cats, funny, music, 2009, hd, hq, akon, etc etc etc
Always make sure your keywords are full or close to being full
