I want to pick your brains(if your cool with it) on this question. Which approach do you take in marketing your products? I honestly think the sales letter format is overused and ugly - but I'm biased since I'm a part time web developer. I did notice bounce rate decrease with the mini site approach, and time on site increased. But bottom line, zero sales! I plan on working with Taz who's offering to do a nicer looking landing page. But would like more input from the master marketers on here. Here's a quick breakdown of what I've done so far. The site is almost 1 month old. 1. Researched an ebook on CB with decent gravity & sales 2. Purchased .info url similar to ebook destination page 3. Built sales letter (mini-site) here http://www.guygetsgirltoday.info/dev/ 4. Built info site here http://www.guygetsgirltoday.info 5. Article marketing, conversation domination setup (squidoo, hub, blog, etc) 6. PPC on top converting key words Results: 0 sales with mini-site sales letter 0 sales with info site PPC gives me 3 clicks a day max due to competing advertisers 150 total hops (prob 1/2 are mine from testing) Questions: Should I just offer a 1 page sales letter landing page for the PPC campaign? Competitors are paying up to $1.00 a click, should I compete for those terms? They must be converting. What am I doing wrong if it's apparent from my site. Thanks for any help!
