= $Million dollars challenge - WH Ireland STEP BY STEP=

Hi there.

I decided to go for million dollar challenge.

I am 24 years old. I have been travelling around for some time (3 continents visited) and now I decided to settle for some time.

After some planning I found it - way to million dollars WH in 1,5 years.

Rules :

-I cannot use more than $2000 from my own money.
-I cannot use my connections or friends
-I will rent a room
-I will combine offline and online methods
-This $2000 can be used only for living expenses. I can get a loan but first I have to pass credit rating.
-I will have 1,5 year from now to do this
-I need to have 1 million in total in assets and cash after 1,5 year or sooner.

How I will do this :

I will post step by step below.

I started 2 weeks ago. This is what I have done during this:

-I found a job in security in 5 days, well paid but only part time
-My Girlfriend find a job (as She will help me with this) in clothing shop (part time).
-I found a room close to train and bus
-I am moving to this room on monday
-I was doing research on niches around and I found brand new and untouched niche yesterday. Its about electronic product. I found it with G Ad words Keyword Tool and amazon. Product price is around $100
-I will create today one Squidoo and Hubpages sites with aff links.
-I will build backlinks within 7 days
-I have spend $159 for security training to be sure they will keep me in the job

Total spendings so far:

160 - security training
75 - bus and train tickets
750 - room (450) + deposit (300)
70 - food
---------------------------
$1055 - $945 left

(note - $ = Euro)

Tip: Don't buy any expensive tools unless you already earned a lot of cash, almost always you can get them cracked - and if you can't, they are probably not worth it (except xrumer and scrapebox, hardly you'll find them cracked, and as I heard they are very good tools)....

Thanks Gradimir - I am trying to do this WH - and because of that I will TRY not to use cracked software. I will do link building by myself, and after a while I will try to outsource some jobs...

Update : I have made this week around 300 Euro from my job. Tommorow I am going once again for 12 hours.
Will try to make $$ next week from online stuff.
I will post some materials and How-To later on. Questions? ASk, I will be happy to answer!

Update :

Today I am moving in to my new room (I will miss my house).
I didnt do the Squidoo and Hubpages yesterday as there was a living party made by my brother in law (every reason is good reason to have a drink :doh: ).
As I have not much time today I will do them tommorow.
I worked like 45 hours last week including training and I am devastated. I didnt expect that it will be so hard to come back to regular offline job.
That sucks balls.
But I made some nice money - like $400 netto including my GF pay.
I will try within 3-4 days register in credit union to build my membership age. You need be a member for 13 weeks to get loan. I will take loan for like 1-2 K and pay it within 2 months to build credit rating. Then I will try to take loan for 20K.
Hopefully I will see some conversions from SQ and HP this or next week.

We will see - as soon as I get loan it should take like 6-7 months to achieve my goal.
Its all up to credit union now

what exactly are you planning on doing with that loan? go into debt or what? you got to have some sort of plan, and trust me i had plans too and 90% of them failed

I will open a niche food business.
As I have been traveling a lot I noticed that there is no such business in Ireland (but is everywhere else, based on serving food).
I cant give out my niche because some irish can read that. Will post detailed info in like 2 months. I have basic business plan but later on I will visit accountant and order proper one.
Everything I am doing now is preparing to open profitable business, expand it and sell it.

My income will come from 3 sources :

Work
Business (offline)
Online (by finding niches and making money with Squidoo and Hubpages).

As soon as I will be getting steady income and I will get loan I will quit work. (I have to work to get Credit Rating

)

As I said everybody can do this.

Update :

In last few days I have been working :/

Its hard but it gives money.

I have decided to go for quality articles.
I (well not me, my GF

) will create 300 unique quality articles. I will post 100 of them in E How, Squidoo and Hubpages.

I am targeting for keywords that have more than 6.000 exact searches a month. That is 100 high quality keywords.

I am working on them right now.

I will perform some SEO on them (using automated methods from this forum and simple blog commenting).

My goal is to reach 2.000 dollars a month. This will allow me to sell this "empire" for around 30.000 dollars. Thanks to that I not gonna need to get a loan. 2000/300 = 7 dollars each. I heard about people making 20 dollars from each article a month. I will hopefully get more from Squidoo and Hubpages.

The way I will create articles : I asked my GF to make 1 article. Then shorten it for EHow, original will go for Squidoo and twisted one will go for HubPages. Thanks to that I want to dominate Google spots 1, 2 and 3.

Small update.

I have made my first money on Fiverr - just 4 bucks but this was in just first day.
I am offering time consuming services and some nice stuff for just 5 bucks. I can automate them and thanks to that I spend only 20 minutes each to do them.

My GF made this 6 unique articles yesterday - I will post them on EHow, SQuidoo and Hubpages tommorow.
We will see how this is converting.

I am working hard, my GF too, but I am hoping to make 3K this month (minus taxes) and establish best place to make money online.

Update :

I made today 7 orders for my test account (I am testing new products people will buy) and 2 orders for my main account (performing directory submission and pinging). I received one positive feedback for my main account. Client was really happy as I over-delivered. With one sale yesterday that makes $36 in 2 days. Not bad!!! My link to SEO product :
