So I did the 30-day trial of MS Office 2010. I didn't really use it and let it expire since I was moving. Now, I want to try it out again...

Can I somehow un-install it, clean off the registery files and then install and do the trial again?

How do I do that? (clean it off)

Isn't possible. Make a Virtual Machine or reinstall the windows or put a cracked version or get Open Office

What? Sure it is. It's always possible. I did it for Adobe CS3 when I installed incorrectly, I cleaned it off and then re-installed it for the trial and bought it.

Use Total Uninstaller, it will clean all registry and files/folder of related software.

the best way is to clear it and then re-installed it again.

reload the software, then go here

    http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Downloadthis uninstaller and use revo to re-uninstall office again.

This is the best uninstaller I know of, and is the only one I know of that generally removes every registry entry related to the software being uninstalled. Residual keys in the registry is the reason you cannot re-install it. Revo will get these out, or rather if Revo cant do it, I don't think it can be done except by hand.

Used to work for market samurai too, use new e-mail, get new code.
