    Hello yall,

I'm sure you are gonna love this little glitch in MSN Adcenter to get some free advertising credits.

I signed up for an account last night and I was googling online for some coupon credits to place into my account to get me started. I found quite a few coupons last night for 75 dollars instant credit. Anywho, I signed up for an account and applied my credits and low and behold the credit took, but nothing was added too my account.....so thinking I did something wrong, I opened up another sub account (referencing the same credit card I opened the main account with) and applied another coupon code to the sub account....again, nothing showed up on the panel as a credit even though I got a confirmation saying my coupon code was valid.

I called support today to find out what was going on and to my delight he showed me how to navigate the control panel and he showed me where my credit on my main account was: Accounts and Billing ----> Billing ---> (Select account) ----> Go

He saw that I was getting multiple credits in my account and told me it was a glitch in the system that I found....but would NOT take my credits away from me. So its ALL GOOD!!!

This will show your account and the attached coupon code below w/ a 75 dollar instant credit. Well remember, i created a sub account and added another coupon code to it. When I checked on that account.....viola, I had ANOTHER 75 dollar credit! So what I did was create another sub account and do the same thing.....it worked again!!! Got another credit!!

$225 dollars in MSN Adcenter credits for NOTHING.

The only draw back is that you can only have a maximum of 3 sub accounts per credit card...so I opened up 3 accounts and did the same thing...

    900 dollars in Adcenter credits!!!

Thought I'd pass that along to fellow PPCers

    Yes,

hurry up and get your credits because I dont know how long this little glitch will hold before its closed out. But given how long Microsoft took to fix Vista...it may be open throughout the summer...lol

I am using this code from North Carolina, USA.......so maybe it has to be a U.S based sign up. Just use your proxy servers people.

4 different main accounts w/ 3 sub accounts each with 75 dollars per sub account. Each main account had a separate credit card.

Did the coupons say that they took on your account. You wont see them in the balance area....you'll see them when you go to Account Billing ---> Billing --> choose your account --> Then submit fore previous 30 day history. At the very bottom of the screen you'll see the 75 dollar credit for the sub account you chose.

I just found out that the coupon codes are region specific to the U.S....so it may only work for US people.

do you happen to know how long those credits last?
i did one with yahoo a while ago, it was $200 free with a $30 funding. when i checked in my yahoo account last time, it was all gone, apparently, they have a clause in fine print that you have x amount of days to use it, or you lose it.

    Yes,

They do have an expiration date:

Promotional Guidelines: Offer valid only through 6/30/2008 (midnight Pacific Time), while supplies last. Promotional credit is valid only for new advertisers opening a new account with Microsoft adCenter. The $75 promotional credit does not apply to the one-time, nonrefundable $5 activation fee required to open a new adCenter account. Promotional credit not redeemed in click spend will expire 90 days after sign-up. Advertisers will be charged for advertising that exceeds the $75 promotional credit. Advertisers will need to suspend their ads if they do not wish to receive additional charges beyond the free credit amount or after 90 days from sign-up. Promotional credit good only to residents in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Limit: one promotional credit per customer. Promotional credit may not be combined with any other offer or discount, separated, redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or bartered. There is a minimum bid requirement of $0.05 per click through. Search listings are subject to editorial review. See Advertiser Terms and Conditions for more details at sign-up. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Haha it worked--I am in the southern part of the United States btw. I already had an adcenter account and added 5 subaccounts with a few credit cards. Now the only problem will be how to spend these credits before they expire on 7/17/08. Well that's a good problem to have. :)

    I do,

Here's another little trick to get valid listings of coupons:

    Go to this link

    hxxp://blog.auinteractive.com/microsoft-adcenter-promotional-code-free-50-credit

And click on the link for:

"Click here to claim your coupon to try out Microsoft adCenter free* with a $75 credit for paid search clicks."

You'll be taken to a page that has a single coupon code. Something like

    hxxp://www.startadcenter.com/getstarted/?promo=58QKX5L6QDTQ99W6

The letters after the promo variable is your coupon code for 75 dollars.
Copy it down and go back to the previous page and click the link again. A new promo code will be dynamically created. Just rinse and repeat...all the coupon codes it produces are valid. Thats how I sent you guys that list earlier. You can get more and more and more codes the more you do this.
