If I am going after a micro niche in localized markets and I want to use the city and key word terms in the domain will this get indexed the same?

    example:

    gasgolfcarts.com/miami-gas-golf-carts.html

Do i need to ping each .html?

How can I get this link indexed?

What daily maintenance needs to be done to get higher ranks with URL's like the one below?

    Thanks a Mili

All of your pages should be crawled at once, unless you have a huge (thousands of pages) site. No need to ping sub-pages.

My site was indexed today and google only displays links for 2 states (out of 50) that were indexed.....why haven't all 50 states been indexed?

    example.

    fittedhats.com/florida-fitted-hats.html

The same procedure you do for your main url can be made to the subsequent urls.

    For example

yoursite.com/yourpage.html can be bookmarked, pinged and backlinked to, and if your onsite seo is nice as well, it´ll rank better and better for it´s keywords.

    Got it?
