So I've read most of the threads I can find from searching and still haven't gotten a conclusive answer, especially with the fact that there are still many people selling micro niche sites, to whether or not they are a good investment.
Would like to get some experienced Black and White Hatters opinions on if they are still worth getting into. If so, how long in your opinion will they last before you stop making money off of them, average profit per MNS from past experience, and can you later on turn your MNS into an authority site even with an EMD?

You don't have to answer all the above questions, just put in your opinion if you want.

IMO exactly 13 months, 5 weeks and 4 days.. no come on buddy, its not that simple and straight forward.. so many factors come into play, the truth is MNS is a technique to make money. Then how much you will earn, and for how long really depends on your skills and the risks you take.

I wasn't asking for an exact time or anything of that sort. Thanks for your opinion though

As long as you keep updating the website then you should keep earning. Its really that simple. The important question is how much are you earning?

Really your goal should be enough that you can afford to outsource an article a week and still make a profit after costs. That way it just runs on autopilot, and you can build another one, and try new ideas.

OP, what you and others are asking for guarantees. That is why so many people are being cheated here. They look for people who are ready to scam themselves.

I will answer all your questions:

1- yes micro niche sites work.
2- when you make 10 sites, maybe only 1 of them makes money.
3- but that only one can make such a good money, you can be surprised.
4- or all 10 sites may fail.
5- or all 10 sites make money.
6- maybe 1 maybe 10 of those sites last till the end of the world.
7- maybe they will be fckd up by the gentleman google in 3 days after setting up.
8- average profit per site can be 0$/monthly or $5000/monthly

There are lots of risks and opportunities in IM.

    Hey there,

MNS business at the moment is all about setting up alot of sites and just trash the ones who dont make money and keep and improve the ones which do.
If you are looking to invest in a few ones to start with this is not a business for you. You need capital and (OPTIONAL!!!!) different adsense accounts (If one of them gets banned etc). etc. (Dont have all your eggs in one basket). If you have a good amount of money to invest, yes it´s still a profitable business. But there is no way to say if and how much of your sites are going to be profitable.

Aslong as they are making enough money to pay for the domain costs every year I keep them but I "transfer" them to accounts I can afford "losing" (Hosting, adsense, domain registrar etc.). I just focus on providing quality content for my "big" sites and keep expanding them. All earnings are getting reinvested into new sites or other ventures. The MNS business is about scaling it up. If you are earning a good amount of money with them you should start looking into "real" sites and just let your MNS portfolio do it´s thing.

Most of the time it´s hard to turn MNS´s into authority sites unless you get "lucky" and hit a keyword that suddenly blows up.
It´s a game of numbers and in the end it´s all about scaling it up and creating a huge portfolio.
If you dont have the time or money for that you should focus on a few authority websites instead.

    With kind regards,

black.star I will make additions: MN sites are really easy and cheap to build. The most important factor for them to be successful lies in keyword research. You can create a micro niche site for even $20-$30 (including domain registration and hosting). Regarding quality content and outsourcing it to someone, you can have very nice sites for $100 having 15-20 quality articles.

I never said anything different tho. But not everyone has a few thousand dollars around to build like 10 or 20 MNS´s.
As you said yourself you dont know how many of your sites will be profitable. Thats why I am talking about that you need capital. Ofcourse it is easy for established people to just let some sites go if they fail but for a beginner it can be really disheartening to suddenly lose 100$ due to whatever reason (keyword not as successful as expected etc.).
Just because your approach is different doesnt mean what I wrote is bullshit.
And for someone who does not know anything about MNS´s I am earning good amounts of money with them.
I am focussing on weeding out the "bad" ones and building up quantity. Thats my "method". Quantity > Quality. However I wont say that this is the right way to do it. It´s just what worked for me and still works just fine.

The thing is, I made the same misstake when I started. I built myself some sites but most of them failed due to my lack of experience and time.
I just blew alot of money into basically nothing. Thats why I recommend authority sites for starting. Also I think that your first post was really good regarding this exact problem. People want guarantees and your post explained really well whats the problem with MNS´s regarding "securities".

    With kind regards,

~Black.Star~ (I am also not a native speaker so maybe what I wrote was a bit unclear)

    Edit:

I also may be a bit paranoid about google closing accounts and so on. Keep in mind that this is my own opinion and really not needed in most circumstances.
I just read that I wrote that you need different adsense accounts etc. Ofcourse this is wrong and is just something I can do and like to do since some of my sites are not always completly whitehat.
