    Hello BHW,

I've been scrolling through the marketplace, under the category "Web Design". There are a lot of sellers offering to make a MNS for you, for prices starting from $20. They're saying that you can make for example "between $50 - $5000" off of these sites. I'm interested in buying one MNS, but something is telling me there isn't something right... Buying a site for $20-50 and making $50-5000 from it per month? What's your opinion on this? Any experiences?

    Thanks in advance.

You get what you pay for. In my experience pay more = higher quality = better chance of making a decent income. I'd go quality over quantity any day. Much rather have 1 website cost $500 and make stable $$$ then 10 $50 sites which content is thin and low quality and rankings could disappear overnight.

Thats only fundament of website, you need to grow it to earn that sum. If you think that you just buy them and earn, that's not gonna happen.

You could earn from it yes, but you also need to put down some work both on the site and on links. Not just put the sites up and earn.

MNS still work and I have two of them making money. I didn't get them from the marketplace though and built them myself.

Those threads which say "Make XX - XXXX Per Month" is just marketing and they're based on the possibility that you could make money.

The cheaper ones also most likely have non-native written content which isn't SEO optimized and some of the niches they supply are complete shit.

You're better off finding your own micro niche, building your own WordPress site and writing the content yourself. It will take longer, but it can work out to be cheaper and of a significantly higher quality.

With MNS, people who say the higher you pay the better, is absolute BS. What makes an MNS tick is what you intend to do with it once the site is delivered to you and the keyword that your site is focusing on.

For $20 or even less, you can get a keyword with 1000 searches and $1 CPC. For $100, you might get more or less the same stuff with articles/template with basic on-page SEO and domain/webhosting for a year. (You can actually do KW research yourself. Keysearch, kwfinder, keyword revealer.com are some of the sites, where you can do a basic 1-mo subscription for less than $20 and look at low comp. KW's and the corresponding Amazone/CB/etc. affiliate programs).

The $50 - $5000 claim is just a marketing trick. You need to continue to build links on a regular basis and maintain the website. Also I doubt you will get any results within the first 3 - 6 months. There is potential to make money, but $5k? it will depend on the niche and the keyword you are targeting + of course your SEO efforts as well.

Wow. I was thinking to buy about 10, but now i'm not sure what to do. I would rather build the MNS myself and invest that money in some other tools.

What about services where they sell you keywords and you built the sites yourself?

The MNS site packages here are either for Amazon or AdSense.

Don't waste your money mate. Build it yourself and invest in some SEO.

That can work really well for you providing you get a good keyword.

Bad idea. Build sites yourself to see what is important when building a site. If the sites had huge potential they would not be sold for so low prices. Put your focus on one site in the beginning, max 2-3, but not more. Otherwise you'll lose focus or run out of money trying to rank them.

@Jayder provides Keyword for a long time here and there's been plenty of satisfied customers, me included.

Guys, I might sound like a noob now but these MNS are basically just WordPress sites with a nice theme, some content which you can buy off the marketplace and a given keyword? If this is the case, I'll make one myself....

It depends and you need to be very clear to the person that will give you this service on what niches you want/interested in. For example, I couldn't do much when a seller gave me a skin disease related keyword (My approach to MNS is to pick a niche with low competition where I have some basic knowledge about it so I can write my own articles). I couldn't do much about that because I didn't tell the seller that I didn't want specific niches.

I think $20 is a lot for a KW/niche service unless the person giving you the service can dedicate time for you.

There are tons of articles on the internet about finding a niche. Spend time there and you will get to know the basic idea. Then hop over to Clickbank/shareasale and explore the marketplace just to see if something catches your eye.

You can then sign up for keysearch (which is cheaper + has the same data as KWfinder which is more expensive) and start running a search of the keywords. Sooner or later you will find something.
