been looking to get in to a micro niche, I came across a good keyword that gets 60,500 exact monthly searches.

Checked out the competition with market samurai there is ZERO ad-word comp, and About 162,000 google results the this keyword, the top google ranked results are POOR and even me with minimum seo knowlage could gain the top few spots easily.

the only problem is the keyword searched for is not real as in what the people are searching for dose not exist.

I was thinking of setting the website up to maximize some CPA offer related to the keyword with the aim of having visitors spend less than 10 seconds on my site before following the CPA offer..

For example "this dose not exist but... "

    Your thoughts?

    why not?

make sure there's the traffic in a country that you're looking for (ie that it's not 90% from nigeria)

even if it's about leprechauns and unicorns, people still buy books about that crap. If the traffic's there, then you can sell something.

    formula is:

    revenue - expenses = profit

try to make the one on the right side of the equals sign as big as possible.

10 visitors a day where 10% click on a $50 ad is just as good as 10000 visitors a day where 1% click on a $0.50 ad.

Oh the traffic sources are 80% America, 15% Europe and 3% Asia and 2% Australia.

Probably worth a try. You just need to figure out a way to monetize the traffic.

You could do it with adsense. With interest based ads, someone is bound to be clicking ads.

I don't like Ad-sense, poor payout + looks ugly. CPA is the way forward with this one i have looked on over-vault and found some perfect offers.

unfortunately the exact domain is not available but for a very good reason, infact all domains are gone, .com .org .net .co.uk etc... as i said they are gone for a good reason and will never present competition because i have looked in to who owns them and why they have them, i have found a slight variation which i think may work because all of the competition have obscure domain names with very poor SEO, i have looked in to the competitions back links and all on page SEO and looks easy to defeat.

I mean the third ranked site has 365 back links and the domain age is 4 years old!

The main key word seems to be loosing trend flow but the supporting keywords are in an up trend.

and you still say the competition is low ? did you analyze the backlinks of the top 10,
since exact domain is not avail and all others are taken i kinda of feel this would not be a easy seo for you. do your homework again and again before you invest your time and money .
    good luck

As I said there is a good reason the exact domains are gone, they belong to a website related to the keyword but have nothing to do with the key word.

The niche is in gaming and the exact domains are owned by some Chinese gaming company

Serps checked and none of the top to rank at all in serps.

here is a picture of the back links checked using scrape box, the top picture is the exact url ranking, the bottom one is the domain ranking.
