Has anyone scaled a small clickbank site made solely to review one product and turned it into a bigger site?

I have a site right now with 5 pages, reviewing 1 clicbank product thats made me a few bucks. Sales slowed down by the second month since creation. The product is fitness and health so keywords for articles are almost impossible. I was debating if I should blast the site with like 30 articles and hope for some LSI traffic that might see my review page and earn more sales.

However I dont have money to burn for content if it will bring the wrong type of traffic, and/or not even rank for LSI terms because fitness is so competitive.

I agree that 5 pages matches the definition of a small review website and along with the fact that :

1) the niche is extremely competitive

2) you have little to no money to invest in real SEO work or PPC/Media Buy traffic

The potential profits from one non SE optimized Clickbank product review site can be very low unless you are willing to work hard and do some intense article writing and PR distribution that can in turn generate enough profit for you to scale up, duplicate your mini site success or even convert your 5 pages website into an authority site.

The days where you could "build it and they will come" are long gone.
