I want to copy this site: deadmichaeljacksonjokes.com What wordpress plugin are they using for users to submit post and have it show up on the main page? I'm going to use a rating system also.

You can set the default settings for new users to be editors, then send them to the dashboard and post. Wouldnt really be pratical though
