Quite the opposite actually. Big ISPs are going to have more significantly more clients sharing an IP simply by nature of the number of subscribers they have. Even with a class A network.
IPv4 address space has long been exhausted. Best bet is to use a service provider with an IPv6 network if you need a unique IP address, but your destination network may not have IPv6 implemented yet.

Thanks for the info. Big ISPs share IPV4 IPs with 2-4 other people, it's not a big deal, at least not for my use.
How confidently wrong you are lol.
If you're browsing from a mobile phone then you are using CGNAT. Since this post is about 4g networks, CGNAT most likely applies.
Saying that you're only sharing an IP with 2-4 other people is almost laughable, many large mobile providers moved entirely to IPv6 on their mobile networks long ago due to address exhaustion.

I think there is a free app to do all of this. can't remember i saw it here in some comments possibly. If anyone know share also.

My ISP clearly states they can share their IPs with 3 other people.
And even with this I can't see how it could impact me since I highly doubt those 3 other people use the same tools as me at the same exact time.

NAT isn't supposed to be noticed by the user. You're saying you get "unlimited" IP addresses but that's just technically not true at all either. There are a limited number of IPv4 addresses. Your ISP has a block of IP addresses assigned to them. From that larger block of IPs they take smaller blocks and use them for DHCP. They may "reuse" those blocks in different geographical areas. They may be assigning you a public IP, but they may also be assigning you a private IP and putting you through NAT. Hell, they may be assigning you a public IP and putting you through CGNAT. You really have no idea lol. It is possible to rotate through the available IP addresses in the DHCP CIDR block if you change them fast enough/for long enough.My ISP clearly states they can share their IPs with 3 other people.

And something interesting, the mac address will be the same across all of the packets regardless of what the IP address is unless you change that too. Thankfully most websites / web services aren't really looking at your mac address, for now... but there are ways for it to happen in the future: XDP -- eBFP programs can be run both on the nic and in the kernel (prior to the kernel processing the packets).

The concept 'unlimited' is used everywhere, we all know nothing is unlimited, don't play on words.
When your ISP provides hundred thousands IPs that you can rotate every few minutes (even seconds) I consider this as unlimited, for us little internet marketers. Unless you are a big Corp with thousands employees who all need fresh IPs at the same time you won't face any trouble with your SEO tools or Python scripts.

I would add that providers do not have an infinite number of IPs, so if you are doing automation you should check that you had not already used the IP you were given.Hi,
First, sorry for proxies sellers
For this trick to work, you are going to use your phone as a modem to connect to the internet, and your IP should change each time you activate/deactivate airplane mode on your phone.
What you are going to do is use a tool called automate (exists for android and iOS) it allows you to record macros on your phone, and program automatic actions. What you are going to do is record all your clicks that allow you to activate and deactivate airplane mode. Then program this macro to start each 5 minutes for example if you need a fresh IP every 5 minutes (could be less or more depending on your needs).
Then by using your phone as a modem you will get as many fresh IPs as you need.
Instead of using Automate you can also use a tool called scrcpy that allows you to see your phone screen on your laptop screen. Then you just have to use a tool that records your mouse movments to record a macro of yourself activating/deactivating airplane mode.
And voila, unlimited 4G IPs from your country for $0, and you can use this setup with all your tools, no need to toggle the airplane mode by hand since everything is on autopilot. Enjoy.
