Assuming you're a noob who wants to start his/her first micro niche Adsense website, but don't know how to pick up a niche or is not sure which keywords to include... or you're an already experienced SEO guy who is thinking now is the time to build another 10 micro niche sites, but can't think of the right keywords... or you're just too lazy to do keyword research...

This is a method that will help you in this direction.

Before I start I want to recommend everybody who is into Adsense or plan to get into Adsense, to read the $100k adsense blueprint. It will answer almost all your questions related to Adsense. Also because the $100k adsense blueprint is one of the most well done Adsense guides, maybe hundreds even thousands of people have implemented it in their Adsense websites. There is another thing about it, the blueprint goes with a Wordpress theme - that is (maybe little modified) Bluesense theme. Bluesense is one of the most well converting and high CTR free WP themes and I've seen websites that are sold on Flippa for xx xxx figures have used it. And because the theme is free, it's required the credits to the author of the theme to stay intact in the footer...

    Part I

So, here we go start from there... go and search in Google:
"Original theme by Dosh Dosh, modified for 100k Blueprint" (keep the quotation marks) - I got 330 000 results and those are from people who have implemented the $100k Adsense blueprint tactics and using their modified Bluesense theme...
    or just search:
"theme by Dosh Dosh" - I'm getting 1 100 100 results, these are generally websites who use Bluesense, but because the search string is shorter it's possible a big number of the results to be just articles/discussions where "theme by Dosh Dosh" is mentioned, but not used it on that particular website.

Next step is if you have Scrapebox load one of the above search terms with the quotation marks in the Scrapebox harvester and start scraping results or if you don't have SB just do it manually...

let's say you've gathered 100 micro niche websites built on Bluesense theme, you can now write down on an Excell spreadsheet the main keyword (which usually is the title of the home page article) and all supporting keywords (which are the rest of the posts/pages on the right side at the navigation menu) for each of the websites. Then you can import the keywords into Keyword Scout or Market Samurai or just using the free Google Keyword tool. Check the monthly search volume (make sure it's exact) as well as the CPC for every keyword. Also check the competition: in quotes/inurl/intitle... I'm not going to explain in detail how to do check competition strength in this thread, as I said in the beginning if something is not clear, read the $100K Adsense blueprint first, but keep in mind that as long as somebody has built a website on particular set of keywords, it means that these keywords (in most cases) are good to go with...

So, you can stop here and start taking action, but I would recommend going a little bit furder...

    Part II

now the next step - checking out how good or bad the harvested websites do. For the purpose we will create a 2 week trial SEMRush Pro account (you get it for 2 minutes and it doesn't cost money):
1.Go to semrush.com and register for free account (make sure you use valid E-mail address)
    2.Verify your e-mail address
    3.Login your SEMRush account
4.Go to My Account, click Profile, Enter this code: M054-8SBZ-9F25-4F95
5.Click Submit, then enter your company information (it doesn't need to be real) and again Submit.

Actually for checking micro niche sites into SEMRush, that contain rarely more than 10 pages, it's not necessary to have Pro account, but for easiness we will create one as long as we're still allowed to. Now when you have a Pro SEMRush account, you can start checking each of the harvested websites to see if the website ranks well for some of its keywords... let's take blackhatworld.com for example and search for it. SEMRush gives the following result:

As you see it shows very detailed picture i.e. current/previous position of every keyword, exact monthly searches, CPC, traffic %... everything we need to know to determine if a particular website is doing well.

So, if you see most of the keywords of a website are beyond position 20, it means either that the website has weak On-Page/Off-Page SEO (inbound backlinks) or that competition is too strong and is not worthy for us to "battle" there. I would suggest skipping this website and go to the next one. If we came across a website that most of the keywords rank on Google Top 10 - this is what we're looking for, because either keyword competition is weak or the website has strong backlinks we can spy and implement on our website later. For this purpose we will use Link Assistant SEO Spyglass. You can download the demo from their official site and the demo allows to analyze up to 1100 backlinks, which is enough for a micro niche website. When you finish analyzing the backlinks, arrange them by Page Google PageRank, so the backlinks with higher Page (not Domain) PR are on the top:

After finding all the backlinks, Seo SpyGlass will then ask if you want to analyze other factors... I adjust it to analyze just Domain PageRank, Page PageRank and Page Info (the program analyze if the link is still there or it's missing; if it's Do/Nofollow as well as the Anchor text)

I don't analyze all the components, because it's getting too slow + I don't need to know the other factors.

So, looking at the backlinks, if you see most of them come from Home page, it means probably that the SEO guy has bought a package of High PR Home page backlinks, thus you can't get them unless you pay for such a package. More interesting for us are backlinks No 12, 13, 17, 18, as they are on internal page with high pr4, which probably allow to leave your backlink by making a reasonable comment.

After analyzing 20/30 websites, you'll have a nice set of backlinks, you will have good keywords, so all you have to do is take action.

I hope the method will be useful for some of you. If you have questions I will try to answer them.

PS. I didn't mention anything about EMD (exact match domain), because even if it's not available I just add a letter or word in the end or put a hyphen between the words and use it this way... it's not a big deal if you play your cards properly ;)

    Nice tut Todor.

Any type of reverse engineering should be part of everyone's tactic in getting ahead.

    Yeah, that's correct, use:
    "theme by Dosh Dosh"
    or
"Original theme by Dosh Dosh, modified for 100k Blueprint"

but there is one more important thing for effective Scrapebox harvesting and it's to place as many keywords as you can in the Keywords box:

For this purpose I'm uploading a list of 1,2 million English keywords for you:
    Code:
    http://www.mediafire.com/?176gfz1dxf8an3a
Copy/Paste or use Import from File function to load the list in the mentioned field.

    Now happy harvesting! :)

Yeah, it's funny how BHW is on first page for this keyword :)

P.S I read some articles that suggest people who use this theme to remove this line from the footer. Personally me don't use this theme as it seems to risky in terms of eventual Adsense ban.
