    Hi Guys,

I've decided to post a method here (finally) as it's easy to do, and can make some serious cash. I saw someone else do this, however the steps below are my own implementation. This method can get saturated eventually so jump in while the going is hot.

    Tools
    - Hummingbird
    - Twitter

    1. Create several accounts on twitter.

    2. Now the next few days you want to use Hummingbird to follow as many as possible. I recommend following the followers of people in the http://twitterholic.com list

    3. Once they are at a decent follower level, you simply head on over to Ebay to sell the accounts. Sweeten the deal by throwing in a E-Book with MMR on how they can continue to grow their follower numbers.

    Here's an example going for $100+ with 23 bids - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120431740011

    4. Collect Bank from your accounts.

So far I believe this is highest return per account I've ever made, and i've been experimenting for months.

    Enjoy people.

Interesting. I thought eBay stopped allowing virtual items to be sold a long time ago. I used to sell video game accounts on eBay (like WoW) and I got an e-mail one day saying all of my auctions have been taken down, and they updated me on the new TOS.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

A good trick is also to use reTwits to recommend YOUR own links form another of your accounts.

They did, you get a nice Paypal/Ebay ban when they decide to enforce it.

Once the sale is final you have no problem, the thing is when you're selling copyrighted information. You don't own any of your accounts to sites like Twitter, they are just offering you and you only use of that. Once you go to sell it, it's selling copyrighted material. This will work but you're going to want to figure out a way to get multiple Ebay accounts and Paypals because you will get banned from it. I used to sell Myspace accounts and mail them a disk with the info on it and tracking. I'm just trying to help protect people from losing their main Ebay/Paypal.

By all means do this on junk Ebay/Paypals, it will work.

Damn! I never knew you'd earn so much from this, have you done any extra marketing? Or just put it up on ebay and left it? I'd LOVE to try this out!

It was sent out to a list of around 1000, but still you could BH your way on craiglists etc. There are endless sites you can sell on, and if you can't make money with accounts, then why not make money selling accounts? :D

A trick to selling Myspace/Facebook/Twitter accounts on Ebay is to do 1-3 day auctions, and with 3 pushing it. Generally from my own personal experience it takes Ebay at least 2 days to review reported listings. Of course this could vary much with how many reports they might have qued and how many times your listing was reported. The general rule is still the shorter you have it listed the more likely you'll see the closed auction.

If anyone wants to see what the copyright emails look like I could hunt one down in my inbox. The whole "You're paying for my time.", thing doesn't work. That's like saying, "You're not buying this Crystal Meth, you're paying for the time it took me to make it." Ebay is smarter than that. You will most likely have less of your listings taken down with Twitter than you would with Facebook or Myspace, since I doubt Twitter has teams of people trying to stop the sales of the accounts.

Best of luck to all of you. But I must state once again this will work if you do it right. Worst comes to worst sell the accounts on forums and use a charge-back free payment method.

This doesn't really work, no where to sell twitter accounts. You can get a lot more money promoting clickbank offers anyways.

I agree with TermsB. If you are going this route, make it a 3 day auction. Make it end before 12 PM on Sunday. They are known for whacking auctions between Sun.12Pm (PST) and COB on Monday (PST). If they delete your auction, STOP doing it. Cause next time your acct. will go bye, bye and you'll have the paypal issues to deal with.

In addition, check it often and make a note of the bidders. If the auction is whacked or it sells, you can contact the bidders and offer the acct to them, or maybe you have another acct. to sell that they may like? I used to use that technique during the digital product days. Quite often, I made 40-60 bucks off of a measly 2.95 ebook! $300 dollar days were common as qutie often I had 50-60 auctions going at a time.

    Here is a couple work-arounds.

    1) Use an ebay classified ad. Digital items can be sold there. Use a set price, when they buy, they are simply directed to a payment page you have on your blog or website. Simple, clean and the ebay shitheads are out of the picture.

    2) Sell an info product on a CD and make the twitter acct a BONUS for purchasing. Sneaky, but legit in ebay's eyes. Start with a .99 bid but put a Reserve on it. Since it is within the ebay guidelines (for now), run it for 10 days and COLLECT THOSE BIDDER I.D's. They are GOLD!

Personally I prefer the classified ad to blog method. It is easy and clean. Cost $10 for 30 days and you can change the ad any time you want.

Keep your paypal acct. drained. If it is backed up by a bank acct., get another bank acct and transfer the cash immediately to the acct NOT connected to paypal. In addition, get a paypal debit card if you can, and get the cash out that way, fast.

It's only a matter of time before Twitter bitches to Ebay/Paypal. When that happens... the party is over. So get busy, hit it hard and fast, cover your bases. The clock is ticking.....
