    Whats up guys,
I thought I'd give back to BHW, I've been really trying recently as BHW has helped me alot. This is an old method but I've applied a twist, you need some startup capital so I wouldn't really recommend this if you're on a budget:

First thing you need to do is head up on DP or various other forums like that (for obvious reasons I can't mention the names). Now the guys on these type of forums are generally just looking to make a quick buck as opposed to BHW, so click on the marketplace and go on the domains/websites section. You can find great HIGH PR domains with MOZ authority and backlinks included for $30. The niche doesn't really matter, you just need to verify all its details (which you can do by using this forum, search around). Once you've selected a few, you can message them and haggle if they have multiple.

You can also use expireddomains.net, now this is a great way to find the domains, but it requires patience and finding the right domain. You need to check each domain you see, and make sure everything checks out, whereas with DP and various other sites, this has been done for you.

You need to then quickly get some hosting, chuck on WP and add some content, and add these plugins:
    - All in one SEO
    - Adsense Ready
    - CPA
Make sure the content isn't spun, it's handwritten and make sure you backdate the posts by a few months. Make sure the theme looks neat.

Once you have the website/domain, post it INSTANTLY on flippa or any other website marketplace. People (generally) on these sites think what they are getting are bargains, but in reality they haven't searched around, so your headline needs to be catchy:
"PR 3 HIGH DEMAND NICHE - Affiliate/Adsense READY - XXXX Backlinks XX Domain Authority!"
Something like that really works, and in the description, you need to be honest (to a degree). Say you are a domain broker and sell these upon acquisition that's why you haven't owned it for long. Most websites like these go for around $200, usually more. Don't claim to make any profit from the site but do try and upsell as much as possible. I'll let you guys come up with the pitch :)

    So lets do some maths
    +$200 from the sale
    - $29 flippa fee
    - $10 flippa fee
    - $30 to buy the website/domain
= $131 Profit in your account within 5 days if you play your cards right.

I usually do this to fund my new projects, it's really not something I rely upon, but I did manage to bring home $600 in 4 days for around 10 hours work which isn't so bad.

But you guys can probably do better than that.

If you want the extra boost, see if you can buy an aged flippa account, I'm not gonna say where as that's forbidden on BHW as far as I'm aware. This will give you extra authority when selling the domain and help push the sale quicker.

I shall make no claim of how much I made from this purely because I never do it as a permanent venture, but for those of you who are thinking they like it, I've managed to make $600 in 4 days before and I think that's not bad for like 9-10 hours work haha.

Guys please be creative with this, I don't want to see people fighting over domains.

Is the domain transferable again to another user within 5 days?

I never had this issue, but I think it varies from provider to provider. The only issue you could have when it comes to transferring domains is if its younger than 60 days, but obviously we're not buying such domains.
Usually I transfer to the same domain provider, so it's not usually an issue. If for example you acquired the domain through godaddy then I'd say on Flippa, held in godaddy account, but that's usually a given when selling a website.

I would have liked to know more details on how to verify their PR, etc. Also, can you be more specific on how to find such domains on expireddomains?

    Thanks.

In terms of verifying the PR, honestly the best way to do it is via scrapebox, but if you don't have that, search on google for "fake pr checker" loads of free tools available.

In terms of the second question, if you go on expireddomains.net (not associated to this), register for an account, type in any random keyword "health" for example, arrange it by "BL" or "PR", you'll find some pretty amazing domains which have expired and haven't been renewed. Some may say a dropped domain is bad, but for most on flippa, they don't realise this. Once you've found some good ones which are affordable, go on moz.com/tools and see what the domain/page authority is. You'll also need to check the PR.

Main keypoints to watch out for:
    - Don't buy off godaddy auctions, that defeats the purpose of this, you'll get ripped off
    - If you can't find anything, be patient.
    - Check the backlinks, moz lets you check the ones it can track, not all of the anchors will be available, but you may have some edu links there which the seller didn't know about.
    - Check whether it's been de-indexed, again if you search on BHW, you can find info on that.

This is pretty interesting method for some quick start-up funds.

Thanks for the idea! I'll put it into action.

How many posts do you normally backdate to make it look more legit? Three, five, ten? What looks "real"?

Man Flippa gets hammered, you have to be REALLY careful if ever buying a website off there with all the shenanigans that go on!

Type in PR on the flippa search page, there's a guy who makes a mint out of doing this. People sell shitty sites which have no ranking whatsoever, set up a theme on there and make $150 of it, and you're telling me you can't find examples of high pr sites?

At least a month-2months. And all the content, it's purely to make the website look more substantiated and "ready to go" sort of speak.

I did what you asked. And nope still none.

All the websites selling above $200 are service selling websites, ones that have a little revenue or game scripts.

Every website with PR that's informational and content based are selling for about $60-$90. Which isn't even worth listing unless you got shitloads of upsells afterwards.

Therefor the PR rank is having no effect on the buyers at Flippa, It's about the money they can make with the site.

If you can find any specific example auctions then be my guest, but I think you'll have trouble finding any.

    https://flippa.com/2971573-pr-3-site-web-hosting-business-for-sale

Took me 30 seconds to find whilst walking on the swiss alps :)
Given its a web hosting site, but you can find those as well on dp. He made it clear he did shit to it since hes brought it. Its all about how you sell your item.

a good salesman can make a turd look like the best investment ever, but equally a bad salesman can make gold look like shit. Search private blog networks and see how much they go for and what they have... see any similarities?

Guys im here to provide support and initiative, if you dont like the method, search for another but dont discredit someones work because you want to be spoonfed.
