Realy simple and easy to understand but need to focus and have a good planning skill to be success!
so at the end there is still money in a list.I have been asked this many times, so I thought it best for all if I make the answer public.
Making money with an email list works best if you think of it as 2 phases.
Phase 1 = Build the list.
Create a niche hook offer and see if your audience opt-in as subscribers and open your welcome email.
If they do then it means that your audience is interested and it is a goer.
Phase 2 = Monetize the list.
Now you know your audience is interested then send them relevant niche offers to monetize.
It is pointless putting all your efforts into the offer before you have figured out how to drive an audience and if they are interested.
How do you pitch in email? How long is your copy? It is plain text or html with images? But I mostly pitch inside the email, to get them to click through to the site that sells the product.
I send 2 emails day 1, 12 hours apart, 1 after 24 hours and sometimes 1 24 hours after that pitching 1 product. Then wait a week, sometimes 2 and start again pitching another product.

Let say we have a list in beauty, women, 30 40 y old, they subscribe, got your first sequence, 2 weeks passed and you are gonna send the 2nd sequence and the product is a anti-wrinkle cream.
What would you do?
I am sure you can appreciate i am not going to layout a working campaign for you.Care to show us an advert you did?
Are there any courses/offers from BHW that you would suggest repurposing to use as a hook offer? I know that so many people are copying and repurposing content these days. Otherwise, how do you go about creating a converting lead magnet?Step 1: Select a large B2C niche that you can find lots of affiliate offer to promote.
These are the B2C niches I work in: Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Food, Dining, Health, Fitness, Home, Family, Market Research, News, Education, Nonprofit, Retail, eCommerce, Social, Travel, Personal Finance, Investment and Work Opportunities.
Step 2: Create a niche hook offer to build an opt-in list
I mostly use social media and media buying to collect first name and email.
Step 3: Plug in an autoresponder to your opt-in list and either pay a skilled copywriter or learn how to write compelling sales email sequences for each offer you promote.
I happen to come from a publishing and marketing background, so can do this myself.
Step 4: Constantly optimize everything in stages 1,2 and 3 and aim to generate at least $1 per subscriber per year. Get your subscriber costs down to less than your revenue you have a fully automated, profitable business.
This is the part that most people fail in. After optimization I can usually get my subscriber costs down to $0.28 each, with an average lifetime value of about $47.
Step 5: Rinse and Repeat
Yes you can re-purpose anything. Audience relevance is the key.Are there any courses/offers from BHW that you would suggest repurposing to use as a hook offer? I build niche orientated newsletters and if appropriate to send separately sole email offers. What's the format of the emails you send, both value and promotional ones? If you could throw some light on them...
makes sense, do you use product/offer images, timer or buttons inside the email? or is it more like a simple plain text email?I build niche orientated newsletters and if appropriate to send separately sole email offers.
Lets say my niche was womens fashion then:
Newsletter = fashion tips + integrated offers / ads
Sole email = specific special offer.
