Step 1: Select a large B2C niche that you can find lots of affiliate offer to promote.

These are the B2C niches I work in: Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Food, Dining, Health, Fitness, Home, Family, Market Research, News, Education, Nonprofit, Retail, eCommerce, Social, Travel, Personal Finance, Investment and Work Opportunities.

Step 2: Create a niche hook offer to build an opt-in list

I mostly use social media and media buying to collect first name and email.

Step 3: Plug in an autoresponder to your opt-in list and either pay a skilled copywriter or learn how to write compelling sales email sequences for each offer you promote.

I happen to come from a publishing and marketing background, so can do this myself.

Step 4: Constantly optimize everything in stages 1,2 and 3 and aim to generate at least $1 per subscriber per year. Get your subscriber costs down to less than your revenue you have a fully automated, profitable business.

This is the part that most people fail in. After optimization I can usually get my subscriber costs down to $0.28 each, with an average lifetime value of about $47.

Step 5: Rinse and Repeat

So the hook offer is something you sell yourself right? What is your opinion on leadmagnet -> offers per email or leadmagnet -> hookoffer -> offers per email?

The biggest problem is the CPC. It is much harder to be profitable when you are paying $0.5-1 per click.

The primary point of the hook offer is to get people to join your list. I have sold / given away physical and digital products, ran competitions, offered discounts anything that appeals to the niche targeted.

I do lead magenet -> hook offer including email sequence -> other offers email sequence

The key is the lifetime value of your opt-in and optimizing email sequences.

As with any media buying the more money you have to invest, the faster you can grow. But if you can just break even on the front end and make your profit on the back end, you have a self funding business.

Everything here is pretty much easier said then done, but that’s the case with everything in IM anyways... ;)

thank you for this useful guide!
The purpose of this thread is to explain what i do.

You are correct how you do it and how successful you are, as in anything, is based on time, skills and money. The more of at least 2 of those 3 you invest, the more successful you will be.

I also have a web design business so, I build my own sites, coded in html5 / javascript / php.

Yes I have partnered up with sites and used co-reg.
How's your onboarding sequence look like? I assume you give some value first, how often you send emails, daily, weekly?

The hook offer is the value to sign them up.

Then my email sequences usually comprise of 3 or 4 emails, sent immediately and then +12 hours and then +24 hours.

I then typically send a sequence for a new offer every 2 weeks or if I am sure about the niche every week.

So, if you can stack up your autoresponder with the hook offer sequence and 25 niche affiliate offer sequences that is 6/12 months worth of content on auto pilot.

Then you should be able to make a profit no matter what you paid per sign up. The better you are at optimizing and writing sequences the quicker you will reach that profit. As I said I can usually average $0.28 per signup, with a lifetime value of $47 once optimized.

I've been using email marketing for a while. So this thread interests me. :) thanks for sharing some tips.

When you send the initial email sequence. You mention 3 or 4 emails right away. Do you space them out at all or just send them one right after the other?

I usually start with 2 emails on day 1. Then dial it back to every 24 hours. Then after 5 days. I give them a break. Then start again on a new offer. Rinse and repeat.

Do you think I would see much of an improvement upping the initial volume to 4?

Also one last question. When you send your initial email sequence, do you only promote a single offer or are you testing the waters with multiple offers. Then seeing which one they showed interest in and sending future emails based on that.

What autoresponder do you used or had the most success with?
A lot of them don't like affiliate marketing.

If you look at the post above I answer your questions and basically do the same as you :) and yes 1 email sequence = 1 offer

I wanna know this too

Autoresponders are just a tool, it really depends on what your doing. I have used everything from mailchimp to my own servers.

What really matters is making sure you are gdpr compliant, with a clean domain and very low bounce rate. If not, no matter what you do, you will ultimately get banned.
