Not going to go too in-depth on this method as a majority of you should understand the idea behind this approach and how it works. This method primarily focuses on "client outreach" and with this method you'll be able to generate yourself free SEO leads for finding clients who are needing SEO. I'm not sure if this approach has been shared here on the forum but it worked for me so I'm going to share it. So, let's get to it... I built a 15 site PBN (which I've been working on for a few months) and for this method built a website for the network (a sales page so to speak) where I listed the stats of the domains and integrated a WuFoo form to collect client information/requirements and to receive payments. I added Skype contact info. to the site and hired a VA for $2 an hour to handle client contact requests and to answer questions (around 5-6 hours per day) for the times of the day that I knew I'd be unavailable. If a client happens to send a message on Skype at two in the morning inquiring about the service, your best chance of converting the client is to immediately respond so at times of the day that I knew I'd be unavailable I hired a VA to cover for me. I researched and found 12 different services online that were selling "Guest Posting" services on high DA sites and I requested site samples (of my "sample requests" I received 7 sites in total). None of these services were ones offered here on the forum. After browsing through these sites and going through "recent" posts/links, I was able to quickly collect links to client sites that "recently" purchased the service (generally the posts that I collected information from were posted within the past week). In total, I collected a total of 106 unique client sites that had utilized this service. At this point, you should see where this method is going.... I wrote-up a killer sales pitch for this network, revised it and made it even better and began sending out emails. Nothing in the sales pitch said anything about "Guaranteed #1 Rankings" or "Google Approved Links". That's not my style of a sales pitch as for one, these kinds of titles are misleading and comes across as being spammy which is not the impression I want to give. Some of these emails I wrote were actually personalized to comes across not as a marketer or "just another SEO service looking for a sale" but as a friend. One client site for example was in the "Television Parts" niche and in the pitch I included a short intro of how my grandfather had a "TV Repair" storefront years ago that I used to work at (which was true). These kinds of intros can really help you to establish a personal connection with a client and immediately boosts your credibility as they see the message you sent them was personalized and included a bit about yourself that they can connect with. Needless to say, this was one of the 7 paying clients that signed-up. Collectively, across the 7 paying clients, $1,043 in revenue was generated with a few more leads potentially signing up this coming week. What I really want to highlight is that this method is very valuable in the sense that it really does provide you with a way to find "very targeted" clients. If you're a creative thinker or know of other methods that work when it comes to monetizing a targeted list then you can really use this method to make money in a ton of different areas that have nothing to do with SEO but this worked for me so I wanted to share it with you all. If you have any ideas or suggestions feel free comment below and I hope you're able to make some money if you choose to use this method!
