    * This method will teach you how to get people to buy domains through your affiliate link. I just thought of this method today, no clue if it's already well known or not, at least I haven't heard of it yet, nor did I get any emails that used the method I am about to describe. I'm not gonna try it myself because I have other projects to work on, so I decided to share it with you so at least some people can make some money out of this.

    The method
This guide will be focusing on the .com/.net/.org domains, but you can use it for any other domain extensions.

First you have to scrape some registered domains - getting a list of millions of domains shouldn't be a problem here.

Then what you do is take just the name of the domains, and check if the other two gTLD options are available.
For example, if the scraped domain is domain.com, check if domain.net and domain.org are available to register. If they are, save this info and the domain. If all three are registered, just go to the next scraped domain.

When you're done with the whole list, you should now have a big list of domains that have the other two gTLDs available. The next step is getting a contact for these domains, you can either scrape that from the domain whois info, or the website hosted on the domain.

Now make an email saying that you are some domain protection company or something (make the email look legit, put a logo or something in the signature, your signature in it, etc.), and tell the domain owners that your company has detected that some other company (make up a name) is trying to buy the other two gTLDs of their domain name, and that you just wanted to make sure that they are in some way affiliated with them first, because that company looked fishy, and you don't know what they may put up on these domains, their content may even hurt owner's reputation. And as the owner already registered one domain, you want to give them the possibility to register the other two before that unknown (and probably evil) company does so! Then let them know that if they do not buy the other two domains in a 5 days time, that you will have to let that other company register them (also drop them your cloaked affiliate link where they should go if they decide to register the two domain names).

Also make sure you list the owner's domain in the email, and the other two unregistered ones as well, so that the email looks personal, and not something that got sent to millions.

The goal of the email is to scare the domain owner that the company who's trying to register the other two domains may put up some content that may be unrelated or even hurt the original domain's reputation. So that they will decide to buy the other two domains through you affiliate link at the end of the mail.

Alright that's all, hope you make some money with it! :)

I haven't tried it myself, because I don't have the time.. but I think it shouldn't really be that hard at all to scare them into buying the other two domains.. because when I buy domains for my clients, I usually tell them the same thing, and they agree to buy all three domain extensions without thinking twice.

I don't have any tools at hand to scrape this info.. at least none that I could post.. cause I usually code such tools myself when I need them.. and they should be easy to code even for those with basic coding knowledge

I've received many similar emails before. The problem is that your margin on domains is usually small, so you have to get many thousands of leads to get some money.
