This is what I think is the best way to increase your FB Group number of members.
Steps to implement this method.
1. Make a FB account probably with a girl's profile photo.
2. Start adding friends from FB groups you are interested in.
3. Wait until you have few hundred friends.
4. Create a FB group if you don't have one already.
5. Add friends face. This is what I will show you below.

Click right with mouse . At the bottom of the window click on inspect
You will find many labels : elements, console,
