meta troubles in promoting

Hi good morning everybody,

Get a new trouble now and no solutions, hope you can help me.
Here you are

you are affiliate so the program give you tons of banners to promote exemple 100, the best is to promote direct affiliat link.

but there is an other trouble online all banners have the same meta tags
so need a programmer to change all meta tags and linking directly
do not want to use blog or pages to promote
in business less clic better.

so is there a solution please (do not tell me redirection please it's me who make all work, the best would be all banner different meta tags does it look like possible ???)
