meta tags and 301

Sorry n00b question, I am 301 re-directing my affiliate links to my OWN domains, and I want to KEEP my meta tags from my OWN domains, so I can get a good page index. The problem is obviosuly that once my OWN domains are crawled, it will only index the metas of the affiliate link. How am I able to keep the metas associated with my OWN domains? is that done with a doorway page or double meta refresh?
