i don't think facebook uses humans to reply, i think they use AI
Mate, EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. The ads account got randomly disabled (automatically after I logged in) on 2nd July. I never had any issues before, not a single ad was rejected, didn't promote any "forbidden" niches, or anything like this. It has been more than 4 months and it is stuck at "In Review"

Got mine disabled and went back and forth with them for several weeks. I even had an ads manager from meta email the department. They never reinstated the account and the ads manager stopped replying.
@Privatejet , I guess the reason why Facebook (Ads) is suspending accounts on a large scale, is that Facebook (Ads) is giving preference to the large agencies who spend millions of US$ a month in ad budgets. So, they perhaps want small advertisers to advertise via those large agencies. What Facebook (Ads) does not realize is that after such a horrible experience with Facebook Ads (accounts suspended for no reasons, no replies from Facebook Ads, etc), the small advertisers will be very disheartened and will not think of Facebook Ads again and hence not even think of approaching any large advertising agency (which again have their own huge charges). Facebook (Ads) is hence shooting itself down and their revenues will get negativity affected.

I've lost over 200 ad accounts in the past week and can't get it back at all. Unfortunately, Facebook is getting more and more confusing, I sell clean clothes but still lose my account. Hope Facebook will be back to normal soon.

That is not true. I have spent a ton on my account before it was blocked.
The facebook concierge has very little power, they are put there to say that they can't do anything.
There is a higher mafia handling the accounts and its discretion. A bit like those of Twitter who sold blue checks in the pre-musk period

Nowhere in that reply of mine did I state about how much is spent or not spent in a Facebook Ads account, pertaining to accounts getting blocked (suspended). I stated that Facebook Ads nowadays suspends (blocks) accounts on a large scale. Nice to know that even your Facebook Ads account is also part of that large scale of account suspension(s), as you confirm that it is indeed happening and it is not a myth. When an account is suspended, create a new one on your own and try to keep going till it is suspended and rinse and repeat.
I am just wondering what the fuck is actually going on at Meta/Facebook. They are randomly disabling accounts, putting them in review for months, no chance of a review or reply. Its such a god damn joke. They completely lost control over a business. Imagine an algorithm/AI randomly disabling accounts and you can't keep up with reviews and not even offer support. No wonder they are losing so much money and their stock is going to shit.
Funny thing is these Meta Audience Network partners keep emailing me and saying "why don't you try Meta Audience Network?" and I just reply back: "Guys, you are completely unreliable. You randomly disabled my ads account, its "in review" for more than 4 month and nobody cares. Why should I trust you or make business with you?" No reply.

because there are too many advertisers on meta, so they only focus on big spend advertisers, small spend advertisers they won't care

I don't think so. I verified my company there, a large company. Not any individal account or anything like that. They still don't care.
account issues are being solved by AI. This guy just tells the truth. only sour will know what the AIs will do with the account.

I was chatting with several people at Meta and all of them had no power over this. They have some serious issues at this company. Their main business is advertising, but their AI is randomly blocking advertisers. Seems like a big problem to me.
account and advertising problems are overwhelming for Ai. they are not smart enough to distinguish the occurrences. That's why it has a strong influence on advertisers. AI's filter if really strong will strangle advertisers. if the filters are too weak then Meta will have problems with the government
