To be clear, I'm not affiliated in any way with this, I want to know if what they offer is even possible and how risky it is, I'm a quite skeptical.

It's worth being skeptical. What they are offering may be technically possible but if it involves unusually high returns, crypto or upfront fees, the risk of fraud is significant. I'd verify the company, terms and independent reviews before sending any money.

I be pretty cautious with it if its mainly about bypasing meta ads checks i don't risk an account on it
