Met referesh do i need to left open in my computer the page ?

Hi again,

Just make a test with a counter
i put meta refresh in a page and see if i left open the page in my computer i get more visits
(look like traffic exchange old school) and get more real visits

but imagine if i do it in 2,000 pages i can not left computer open with firefox and 2,000 pages ufffffffffffffff poor little computer

Is there a solution and why please

meta refresh page open 24724 give more visits (because mean alive) ?
