- Easy to Navigate (all tutorials are easy to follow)
- Cost-Efficient if you are looking for other marketing software individually this is a deal-breaker it's more like a coffee 3in1.

Cons:

- There are no preset of reply of bot unlike others that have
- There is some stuff that is not understandable for a newbie
