    Hello everyone!
I'm new to making wordpress websites thus the reason for me for making this thread.

After trying out different themes, I found a theme called Betheme in the download section which I really like. I'm currently using their demo page and is editing it from there.

Somehow, their theme options to change the colors couldn't change the color themes. I've google and well, I could not find any options how to change colors through the betheme option>colors section.

Me with itchy fingers and I thought I was smart enough somehow went through one of the .php page and change the colors there without even understanding it.
Well, I tried deleting and uninstalling the theme and installing it back afterwards but it still remains the same.
Hoping to get some advice :)

Re-Install Wordpress , Before editing any of the theme / plugin .php file copy and save it in a notepad file only after that change the codes otherwise if you don't know clearly what you are doing it will get messed up.

Good idea to reinstall. You should use the CSS file when editing colors.

always use a child theme when modifying a theme, otherwise when there is an update all will be lost and you'll have to do it all again. Child themes are standard WordPress practice and recommended by the WordPress foundation.
With a child theme, if you mess up you can't damage a live site, just remove the changes you've made and it will return back.
Wordpress looks in the child theme first and if it's in there then it will use that.
