Merge "Templates & Themes" with "Member Downloads"

The "Template & Themes" subcategory has a lot of gems. However, going by the thread count and replies, it seems like not too many members are checking that section.

It might be worth considering merging it with the Member Downloads. After all, there are a variety of goodies that are shared by the people here, so I'm not sure why there's a separate section dedicated just to themes.

I think segregating them allows people to find Themes/Templates much easier and merging them will just make it harder for no reason. Answered and closed.
