Membership Site JV - Laser Targeted Leads

Wow. First I got to say I'm super excited. I combined several methods into one package, and for just 4 days of testing I have 4X'd my investment. But there is one more part to this whole package that has the potential to make a ton of money on top of what I'm all ready doing.

I want to build another membership site to target this niche. I can send upwards of 1000 potential members to it a day and it will probably convert at around 2-3 % but that's fine because memberships sites usually have recurring income.

I simply do not have the time to devote to writing up articles and building up a wordpress site. IF YOU are willing to develop the site for this niche I'll bring the membership tools, pay to have it listed on ClickBank for additional income, and I'll bring the traffic and the sales.
