Membership questions/ don't know how to phrase the right question

I will post it here, since I have no idea how to phrase it

So I'm working on a site. On the site I have digital several products, but before you can access it you will be shown an ad. The ads lasts 10-15 seconds with the option to skip after 5 seconds. Or is it better to remove that option and that people watch the whole 10-15 seconds?

Anyway, I want to put the option in when people buy subscriptions let's say 4,99(the price is an example for now) a month. They won't see the ads and get more perks. How would you do that in a WP site? Of course if people cancel their subscriptions they will lose their perks and they will be shown ads again.

So like an app that gives the option to remove the ads, but that is a one time sale.

So is there a plugin for that? Or do you need another piece of software?

display ads by conditions based on the visitor

display or hide ads for mobile visitors
display or hide ads for logged in visitors
hide all ads from logged in users based on their role
