membership area of site

Hey guys

I have a site that i would like to offer membership on. What can I offer in the membership area ?

I have thought of warez, but that would be highly illegal offering paid members warez.

If you wanna do warez maybe you can use a site like latestdownloads.net and affiliate with them,they will take care of the payment and membership and you get 29$ per sale.
Or you can offer a rapidshare search engine or something to paying warez customers.

yea i would like to stay away from warez as far as i can.
