MegaSite or Blogs?

I was thinking of creating several Micro-Niche Blogs or Autoblogs but then realised it may be better to create a megasite with several sub-niches and sub-sub-niches.

Which of the following would be better for monetization with adsense?:

1. Several Blogs automated using wordpress robot.
2. Several Micro-Niche blogs with a couple of articles, privacy policy etc.
3. A megasite with several niches and sub niches.

I'm guessing the MegaSite will be best as once it reaches a fair amount of articles which rank well and gains authority from G it will be much easier to rank newer articles?

#2 I wouldn't work because only a couple pages of content can be difficult to work with. Unless you slowly grow them, or they are some masterpiece articles and you will promote the heck out of them.

1 vs 3 depends on how you would set #3 up. There is potential with putting more effort into one domain, but also more risk. If that domain gets burned, all of it goes down with it.

Alright - Cheers.
But why would I be "Burned". I know this is in the BlackHatSEO section but I'd be building backlinks legitimately and NOT using Xrummer or any other BH tools.

#3 would be best as long as you continued to add content/pages to it on a regular basis.

I have #2 and #3 and #3 makes me more money.

Burned = your site gets banned or deindexed for whatever reason. Just factor this into the equation, related to the risk of what you're doing. If you're completely clean then the risk is lower.

I am going to try both #1 and #3 out and see which is going to be more profitable, but mostly done with WH strategies and some BH ways.
