Mega.co.nz - How to direct download?

Well, I've been using dropbox until today, because I used the download link from the download button, so when users clicked DOWNLOAD on my website, the file will directly download, they won't have to get into another site. I hope that makes sense there.

Any chance of doing this with Mega.co.nz? I tried it but don't know how.
