I have signed up with media traffic, and their user interface is kind of ok, with these flash on the way though.

However, I have to admit, they customer service are slow as hell! I signed up and get an email from one of the guy saying to contact him. I sendhim two emails, but never got back until 2 weeks later!

Finally he caled me and opened my account.

Then I added some campaign, but was rejected after one day. Send them email twice so far without any response. Call the sustomer support, and no one answer.

I guess they must be having too many customer and are too busy to to accept new ones, or they are just plain suck in service.

Anyone use them and have any experience with them?

My affiliate manager usually gets back to me within 2 days, idk. It all depends on your affiliate manager I guess.

Problem I'm experiencing with them is that they have rarely any traffic, I'm guessing it's cause no one downloads wallpapers and stuff anymore so they got a really low amount of visitors.

I am guessing it's time to ditch this one then. their price is 0.015, which is 50% higher than other ppv offer.

I can go knock on their door, their offices is like my neighbor. Never done any business with them though

Very slow....I think all the employees have a drug problem there....this is purely specualtion as I have no idea who they are but every time someone calls they sound very awkward and nervous

They are slow. In fact, some of my emails were never answered.

Yeah, I talked to that Basil guy who opened my account and he sounded kind of shady. Think I'm going to try TrafficVance as I don't mind the $500 deposit required.

I have good experiences if I ring and leave a message, also email, and then hit them up on AIM. Sounds like a lot but in less than an hour of hassling you can get campaigns approved normally

I haven't had any issues with getting a response back from my affiliate manager. I have direct access to talk to her on AIM, because she's always available. E-mail response, during the normal business hours, is usually less than an hour. On top of that, my campaigns are usually approved within 30 minutes to an hour. So yea.. I haven't had any issues with them. On top of that, my affiliate manager is pretty cute too! :P
