Media quality (uploading)

Hey

I am trying to upload some media files for my BST (reviews from previous customers) and the image gets all blurry - after uploading the quality degrades.

The file is JPG and just 128 kb in size... I didn't even use PNG to make sure that the file isn't too big but it somehow still downs the quality of the image.. any idea why as it looks terrible right now.
