mcafee warning list

One of the websites I own is in a very non-copyright-friendly niche and also under a blacklist from McAfee for potentially harmful software etc. I've known about this for a while and my website doesn't have any warnings under any other virus/malware software so ignored it mostly. I've tried to get rid of it once through the standard method McAfee has placed on its website with no luck. Anyone else got any experience with this?

Never got anything like that.
Isn't there an option to add it to the white list?

I tried that on the section they have on the website and never heard back. I'll attempt again
