So i was selling an item and i got the dreaded MC999 saying i need to have certificate of authenticity which i don't have can i just sell it on my 2nd account or is the brand that i put in the description and title now flagged and if i list on 2nd account they will stop it again?

I don't know if it was too many INADescribed or i got reported from buyers (multiple quantity) because i send the wrong item a few people one time when i receive different thing from supplier, does same thing but different brand..my 2nd account is currently in good standing.

They will stop you and if they will find connection between your accounts, you can have them both suspended or banned.
But things like that depends on what product you are trying to sold, who doesn't what you to sell these, if its big reputable company or not, if you got reported by several users or just one etc.

Be sure to not leave any trace that would link your accounts, or you might lose both of them at once.

Thanks for the replies, so i've been selling a generic brand and its fine now. I wonder if i can sell a 'big' brand on the other account or even the original? Maybe change description, title and photo?

I want to know if its the name of the brand x that got flagged or what, so as long as i don't have that brand in my description its fine?

This knowledge can only be acquired through trial and error.
If you can still sell the product without mentioning the brand, without getting warnings, it is probably automated machine who flagged you.
If you sell products and still got flagged, it is probably because someone reported u.

By the way, I am a witness of something very strange, someone was selling ecigs, and was reported by me, don't worry I am not a snitch, just tested what would happen, and how could it be possible for one to sell illegal stuff without getting banned, so I found out that few items were deleted probably by ebay while other items were still avaliable to purchase, even though they both illegal to sell on ebay.
Some of the sellers sold only illegal stuff like ecigs, and still haven't got reported.

You need to tread very lightly and make sure your accounts are not connected in any way or you will be banned.
