I've been a trader for about 20 years, the last 8 in the currency markets. I've been a registered CTA, managed accounts for others, etc.

I've been out of the markets for about a year, doing other things, traveling, new projects.

Lately I've been thinking about getting back in. At one time I was offered some pretty decent bucks for my algorithms, but didn't sell because I knew I had something good.

I've been thinking about starting a signal service -- somewhere about $150/month, and offering affs a residual of about $50-$70/month to promote.

I know forex is competitive, but my trade style is on daily charts, very stress free -- sometimes in the same trade for weeks, gathering 1000s of pips along the way.

I'm just starting to think about this signal service, so don't have a site or anything, but just out of curiosity was wondering if anyone would be interested in promoting or just have any suggestions in general.

Again, I'm not new at this -- been trading for years, now semi-retired, was registered with the NFA, etc.

maybe you can start build membership site type.
I know little on forex. Maybe less drawdown intraday signal with portfolio of your 20 years trade would attract to the trader.
20 years trades. would make you retire rich right now... :)

Yes, I haven't been trading in a while though. I stopped when the new FIFO rules came out, lowered leverage ability -- they've made it more difficult, but there's always a way to make money in it. Just not sure of a good way to promote.

The forex niche is broad and supercompetitive, but there are always ways to be successful in it if you have the right contacts
