Hi. I remember I read somewhere that if you have more than 100 links in a page, then Google ignores everything and doesn't index it.

So, if my index page has more than 100 links then Google doesn't index a single post in my blog... Is it real or I dreamt it? :p

Google won't ignore the page and the links if you have more than 100, you will simply get a bit penalized..

It is really bad practice. I do not put any external links on my index page. If you want to share related links then put them on a links page.

If you want a link farm... well... that's so 3 years ago.
