Few days ago for some reason I started thinking about the 80 20 rule.
I researched the concept a bit and started thinking about it.
I realized that I spend around 5% (maybe even less) of my time on the things that make me the green.
This was a shocking realization for me. I have a tendency to drift off from my main path and do things that are insignificant. So from that day I'm applying concepts to maximize my productivity and my income.
If you are unfamiliar with the 80 20 rule i suggest you research it right now!
I think there is always HUGE room for improvement. More productivity means better income and balanced life, think about it!
If you are interested I can post updates and tips as I work to increase my productivity. Let me know if you are interested!

Yeah, Im terrible for stat checking, would love to increase my productivity. My main problem right now is wasting time with stuff that won't increase my revenue, but at the same time I'm still testing things to find out what works and what doesnt.

I second this. When I first read about the 80/20 rule I was surprised to say the least. It is so easy to get so occupied in regular stuffs that we often miss out on doing activities that actually matters the most. And as a general rule, only 20% of the work we do brings 80% of our results. The rest of our 80% efforts goes in vain!
I have a nice book on the 80/20 rule and productivity subject, and I would suggest you guys check this concept out too, it will only help. It certainly helped me for sure. Here is the link:

It's a book called the 80/20 Principle by Richard Koch.

hey i recommend using hte software workrave. It flashes up on my screen telling me to take a 30 second break every 10 minutes. i stand up, do some push ups and think about what I should be working on. Super helpful in terms of productivity

The first concept I will address is very important. This makes a huge difference. I'm telling you this from experience. I'm doing this for a few days and the effects are amazing.

Its very important how you start your day, how you set the context of the whole day. If you set the context right you're gonna have a great and productive day.
So I suggest you try this:
-as soon as you wake up drink half liter of water
-do you business in the bathroom...
-do a daily exercise routine for 30mins. It doesn't have to be something fancy as long as it increases your heart rate and pushes you little bit over your comfort zone
-meditation and deep breathing for 5-10 mins
    -take a bath
-have a healthy balanced meal. I have a delicious blueberry shake

The key things here are the exercise and the meal, the others are optional.

This has a huge impact on my day:
-I feel energized (no more need for energy drinks)
    -My mind is clearer
-I'm more positive and happier than before
    -I'm more perceptive
-I deal with stress and stressful situations far far more better
-I feel inspired and motivated to do the things that need to be done

This right here has changed my life, I suggest you try it. If you want more details regarding this let me know!

More to come, stay tuned ;)
