    Hey All,

Just started working with MaxBounty and added a couple of their programs into our Click/Ad server.

The problem is we have been having a large number of out of market clicks being redirected to offers that are in no way similar, resulting in a low (and I mean LOW!!!!!) conversion rate, somewhere in the region of 2.15%. For instance some people clicking on say a Ringtone offer are being redirected to a Geo-Targeted education campaign.

I believe if out of market traffic was redirected better we could at least tripple conversion rates.

So basically the question is, can we set preferences for how out of market clicks are redirected within the MaxBounty UI, or will I have to set up some more specific GEO/Niche/CPA type redirect rules within our own click server.

    Steve's opinion would be appreciated.

    Cheers
    aReJay

    Hello there,

We only have default geo-redirects and do not let affiliates customize them. We do this as there are merchants that do not want their campaigns to be used as geo-redirects, so we have to control which ones are used and which ones aren't.

As you have written in your thread, you will need to setup your own geo-redirects.

    Hey Steve,

Really appreciate your quick and consise response. Looks like I will be building a GEO-IP niche targeted redirect script tonight :)
