Hey there,
I signed-up for MaxBounty in order to try email marketing. Been watching some udemy courses and I think I'm ready for this, but the thing is.. Always this "but" word comes in... I applied to their services and I came to the phone call step. However, I was not able to answer the phone call due to different time zones. Now, when I try to log in to my account system says there isn't an account asociated with the email I'm using. I'm like ok, no problem, I'll just create new one. I go to create new one and I enter my email, the one I used before and system says there is an account associated with that email. Now I'm confused, my account is there but it isn't lol. I sent them email to 3 different emails, support, affiliates and through contact form. No reply by now (2 emails sent 7 days ago, 1 is 3 days ago). Any help on this? Do they have an account here on BHW so I can reach them? Any help appreciated!
