Max # of youtube complaints?

Like a lot of people, I have problems with my accounts getting banned at Youtube. I've read in some other threads that you get banned after your third video gets flagged, but I can't find this in writing any where on Youtube. So is this true? Does this mean that I can make a profile with two vids then the account won't get banned, no matter how many flags the videos themselves get?

I believe the magic number is 3. Just try not to have a tons of videos in 1 account because if YT has a problem with 1 or 2 of your videos then it will terminate your account and ALL YOUR VIDEOS.

They tell you after one gets flagged I believe, that you have two more strikes and you're done. I've noticed if someone flags two videos in one day though, that only counts as one strike. At least I've logged in and seen two videos removed and it only counted as one. I've also had one video removed and the account disabled instantly, so who knows :/
