Max. Conv. with hight tCPA's

Hey Guys, I have a pretty newbie question but I can't find peers to talk about, so here it goes;
Here in Brazil, we usually do brand bidding even if the brand doesn't allowed (that's what they taught us here).
My question to you is: Did any of you do that as well? And if yes, is it normal to have to set the tCPA way high (we talking about something aroud $120 to $180?. I Feel like things are out of control.
And another question: How do you guys usually do clickbank? I don't have a blog, don't have email list, I only have pre-landers and google ads.

Most Clickbank products have an affiliate page. Go to affiliate page and check if they allow brand bidding or not.
Use a spy tool like spyhero to find out top clickbank products that are currently promoted being promoted. You can get a free trial or a groupbuy.

I guess I didn't make myself clear, I do all that, I check if it's possible, I do use spy tools, semrush, spyhero, ubbersugest, all the above... My question is: how do you guys promote clickbank products?
