Max account numbers in 2016 - Instagram, Tumblr and Twitter

Do you guys know how many accounts can I create without attracting unwanted attention?
I have a dynamic ip address, so I restart my router every time I log in to an account
and I use chrome in incognito mode to avoid cookies. (And I live in East-Central Europe if that matters.)
Right now I have 4 tumblrs (2 in the adult niche), 4 instagrams and 3 twitter profiles.
I've read somewhere that if I stay under 10 accounts with dynamic ip, then it's relatively safe.
I don't want to lose my accounts so if this is risky then maybe I should buy proxies?
I don't have enough knowledge in this topic so if someone with more experience could help me or link me the basics about proxies and vpn-s, that would be awesome.

depends on the social network, depends on what you post, how many time you log in per day, post per day, etc etc.

Too many uncertainties. Get proxies and use them with your network rather than your own IP

You can handle 3 accounts each proxy so buy proxy for safe play.

There's no actual limit. You can have infinite number of accounts as long as you're using private proxies (the ones you've paid for, not the free ones you find on the internet) and you're using 3-5 accounts of same social network per proxy. That's from my experience.
